Job Description

Purpose

The Q2C Transformation Lead is responsible for driving and supporting the end-to-end transformation of Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) processes. The role ensures measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, service reliability, and operational excellence. This position leads strategic initiatives, delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Ownership

  • Own assigned Q2C transformation initiatives from definition through execution, stabilization, and benefit realization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to expected business outcomes.
  • Balance trade-offs between scope, speed, quality, and value.

Process & Transformation Leadership

  • Analyze current-state Q2C processes to identify root causes of inefficiencies, defects, and variability.
  • Challenge legacy processes and propose simplified, standardized, and scalable future‑state solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear process, data, and system requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with global standards, governance frameworks, and long-term transformation roadmaps.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use data, KPIs, and fact-based insights to validate assumptions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Define success metrics, baseline measures, and benefit tracking.
  • Monitor performance post‑implementation and drive corrective actions when needed.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work effectively with Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other key functions.
  • Facilitate workshops, solutioning sessions, and decision forums to secure alignment and progress.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Influence without authority to resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks.

Change & Adoption Management

  • Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
  • Identify adoption risks and proactively address resistance or capability gaps.
  • Ensure new processes and tools are embedded into daily operations and sustained.

Continuous Improvement & Culture Building

  • Identify opportunities for ongoing continuous improvement beyond formal initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
  • Represent transformation values through professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality execution.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
