As the National Installation Director, you will lead the Zone Installation teams to deliver high‑quality Precision Diagnosis (PD) and Image Guided Therapy (IGT) installations across the US market, driving transformational performance, operational excellence, cost and efficiency gains, cultural and behavioral change, and a consistently superior customer delivery experience.

Your role:

  • Define the strategic direction of the Zone Installation organization, unifying the four existing zone teams under a cohesive national structure and strengthening cross-functional alignment across Philips.  Oversee all delivery activities and elevate execution, reporting, timeliness, and quality through adoption of design/systems thinking and agile ways of working.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, redundancies, and waste to enhance operational performance and deliver measurable cost improvements.  Lead complex initiatives that reinforce structure, discipline, and accountability across the operating model and customer‑facing teams.
  • Drive cultural and behavioral change to strengthen engagement, motivation, and productivity, ensuring employee well‑being and keeping Patient Safety & Quality (PS&Q) central to daily operations.
  • Deliver operational excellence that generates financial benefits while elevating and optimizing the customer delivery experience.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in service delivery, service operations, or installation project management, preferably within the diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology industry.  Within your total years of experience, you must possess 5+ years of direct people leadership and experience leading large-scale initiatives in a complex cross-functional organization.
  • Your skills include a deep understanding of business transformation, continuous improvement, change management, and performance management, with a proven track record of driving improvement.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or another related field of study OR equivalent combination of education and above listed experience.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • You have excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills; effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You must be able to:
    • Travel for business and operate a company motor vehicle/drive (must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy).  Approximately 50% national travel is required.  Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.
    • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
    • Lead/supervise others.
