
Your role:
Assist our Field Service Engineers (FSEs) with scheduled maintenance and helping to solve technical issues when they arise.
Make sure all your work follows Philips' quality and safety guidelines.
Help us keep our customers satisfied by delivering high-quality service and being responsive to their needs.
Represent Philips in a professional and positive way when working directly with customers.
You're the right fit if:
You are currently studying in the field of Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or any related studies, ideally finishing Bachelor or during Master Degree
You have some basic knowledge of electronics. Hands-on experience will be a great plus
You have excellent Polish skills (both verbal and written) and good English (especially written)
You are a detail-oriented person with good time management and organizational skills

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
