Data Analyst–Power BI Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst-Power BI Developer to design, build, and scale a Workforce Capacity Management tool that will enable data‑driven planning across our global Services & Solutions Delivery organization. In this role, you will transform complex operational and workforce datasets into actionable insights, intuitive dashboards, and predictive analytics that guide strategic and tactical resourcing decisions.

Your role

  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of a Workforce Capacity Management tool including data modeling, DAX logic, visualization design, and deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into robust analytics solutions that support workforce planning, optimized staffing, and decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reporting pipelines.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Analytics teams to integrate diverse datasets and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • Develop forecasting and scenario‑planning capabilities (e.g., demand vs. supply modeling, resource allocation simulations).
  • Implement best practices in data modeling, performance optimization, and Power BI governance.

  • Continuously improve the tool based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

You are fit if:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Power BI Developer, or similar analytical role.
  • Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and workspace management.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with enterprise data sources (e.g., Data Lake, SQL Server, Excel, Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable analytics tools and dashboards end‑to‑end.
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in workforce planning, capacity management, operational analytics, or resource forecasting.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data wrangling or forecasting.
  • Experience with data governance and enterprise-grade BI deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office-based role.
