Job title: Clinical Application Specialist
Your role:
Responsible for post and pre-sales application training for new and existing sites
System should be successfully handed over to Users and improve customer satisfaction.
Clinical application support to users till the time he is confident on handling the system independently
Developing good relations with users/clinicians
Developing new sites as a demo/ reference site
Application support for regional and national conferences and workshops
Application support for Clinical activities; User meet and technicians’ CME for Knowledge transfer
Gather the Info about own products and competitors’ products.
Internal sales training on key application tools.
Responsible for creating Case studies, Clinical newsletter, testimonials.
KOL Development and Management
You're the right fit if:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with >4 years of related experience in X Ray based clinical applications; or a Master’s degree with <2 years of related experience in the similar domain
Prior minimum experience of 2-3 years of Cathlab and Mobile C-arm and relevant field
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

What you'll do
- The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for pre and post-sales application training, ensuring successful system handover to users, and providing ongoing clinical application support.
