Additionally, you confirm the technical delivery team has the essential resources, clear priorities, and requirements to succeed when they begin their participation in a project.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives</li> <li>Gather inputs from clients to understand where they are today, their vision for leveraging data, analytics, and AI, and extract themes to underpin recommendations</li> <li>Design and develop business architectures that align with clients' strategic goals</li> <li>Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes</li> <li>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions</li> <li>Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including Data Governance</li> <li>Recommend and design a future state Data Governance Program, focused on the operational and functional aspects</li> <li>Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables</li> <li>Create detailed documentation, including business capability maps, process flows, and solution blueprints</li> <li>Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and stakeholders</li> <li>Establish and grow customer relationships</li> <li>Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation, ensuring that engineering efforts align with business needs</li> <li>Drive project team outcomes by ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution implementation, and measurable success metrics</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, within the Data and Analytics industry</li> <li>Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies</li> <li>Proven experience developing <strong>data strategies</strong> that align with enterprise vision and business goals</li> <li>Ability to translate complex data concepts into business language.</li> <li>Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization.</li> <li>Proven experience developing data strategies that align with enterprise vision and business goals.</li> <li>Proven experience in designing and implementing business solutions.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Project management and leadership.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.</li> <li>Experience facilitating workshops and interviews with business and technical teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Business process modeling and analysis</li> <li>Strategic thinking and business acumen</li> <li>Conceptual modeling and analysis</li> <li>Change management and stakeholder engagement</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why phData?
