Your role:

  • Manage our brands' Performance and Search media plans, working closely and being the link between our media agencies and brand teams for strategy and plan alignment, securing assets readiness, integrations coordination, campaign results analysis and recommendations based on learnings. 

  • Work closely with our media agencies who are implementing bidding, analyze Search and Performance media campaigns results and provide strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

  • Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine, social platform and Performance media industry trends across web and mobile platforms.

  • Ensure perfection in digital media executions (search and performance), working closely with eBusiness and Brand teams and securing fit-to-win quality asset readiness.

  • Connect externally to get in touch with industry & consumers trends.

  • Work together with Marketing Technologists to enable delivering a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field coupled with Brand Management interest/passion.

  • Evidence of excellence in achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.

  • Experience in Performance and Search Digital campaigns’ set up, optimization & reporting - preferably for Consumer Goods companies.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Digital Buying Platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Adserving or Audit Tools’ management (Flashtalking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.

  • Strong Project Management and Collaboration skills.

  • Fast Learner & Easy to Adapt in Changes.

  • Great Command of the English language.

  • Completed/Exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable).
