Job Description

Join us for an unforgettable experience at Procter & Gamble’s NextGen Manufacturing Technician Program! This is a two-day event hosted at the Procter & Gamble, Mehoopany facility, it is designed for High School Seniors. Discover what P&G stands for, meet our leaders, explore our brands, and learn about the impactful careers we nurture.

You’ll connect with other outstanding students from our surrounding counties, and you’ll have the chance to apply and interview for a Full Time Entry Level Technician Position that has a starting pay of $25.88 with a additional $0.75 adder for working our rapid rotation schedule. The program will be held April 1 through April 2, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 2026.

Job Qualifications

We believe you will be an excellent fit for this program if you:

  • Are currently a high school senior

  • Will have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education in 2026

  • Are willing to Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)

  • Looking for School to Full Time Employment Opportunities
