As an Junior HR BP / HR Manager, you will take ownership of horizontal HR systems across the Lodz site and serve as HR Business Partner for several business groups.

With us you will:

  • Own and manage horizontal HR systems across the Lodz site, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Act as HR Business Partner for several business groups in manufacturing environment, partnering with leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.

  • Lead and deploy HR projects end-to-end, driving innovation and efficiency in processes and systems.

  • Provide strategic HR support to business teams, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and recommending actions to enhance employee engagement and experience.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Coach and support people managers, building leadership capability and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Collaborate on culture and engagement initiatives, promoting inclusion, trust, and employee well-being.

  • Support key employee life-cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and talent development.

Job Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Candidate with Business/ HR education and/or experience in generalist HR / Labor Relations up to 3 years.

  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ownership mindset.

  • Creative problem‑solver who challenges the status quo and inspires change across the organization.

  • Strong social and analytical skills; able to influence and adapt communication to diverse audiences and levels.

  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
