At P&G Bucharest we are organizing an office event on the 9th of March 2025, where you can quickly advance and get through your final interviews in just 1 day for a role in our Consumer Care team!
On top, no specific previous experience is required to qualify as applicant! What you need to do to qualify for the day is to apply, pass the online assessments and first interview by 5th of March!

Job Description
During this recruiting event, we are looking for new colleagues to start their career and join our Consumer Care team for a full-time role or a part-time internship. This is an exciting opportunity to effectively manage consumer complaints and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience that fosters consumer loyalty.
What you will do:
Full-time role:
✅ Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
✅ Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.
✅ Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
✅ Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.
✅ Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
Full-time/Part-time internship, project-based work:
✅ Support Consumer Care: Assist in handling consumer inquiries and complaints under guidance from experienced specialists.
✅ Learn Active Listening: Engage with consumers to understand their concerns and provide empathetic responses.
✅ Data Management: Help document interactions and resolutions accurately in line with stewardship guidelines.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to improve processes and consumer experience.
✅ Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to develop communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (>2nd year) or Master’s degree/ in progress
- Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.
- Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; proficiency in German is highly valued and essential for the majority of roles available, while a limited number of positions will only require English.

- Full Time Roles: 9,200 RON gross/month
- Full-Time hours Internships: 6.440 RON/month
- Part-Time hours Internships: 3.750 RON gross/month
*Prorated (per worked month) :13th salary + vacation bonus
🌐Rare language pay benefit:
- Full time role: 1800 RON gross/month
- Internships: Potential benefit, based on projects’ needs, prorated (per worked month)
