Job Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the execution of strategies within the External Supply Solutions team, focusing on PDCA, performance targets, critical KPIs, and Governance. This job family includes roles that support and assist in implementing strategies within the team or organization, focusing on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category, or team with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily meeting participation.
PDCA weekly tracking.
Supports and assists in executing strategies in the team/organization.
Governance tracking.
Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category, or team/organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
Masterplan and action plan tracking.
Collaborates and networks effectively within the immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
Works under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
Job Qualifications
