💰 Your compensation during this opportunity will be 180000 RSD gross per month. Our competitive compensation package includes on top prorated annual and vacation bonus.

Your Impact
You will be offered a traineeship position in Store – Development Team, but also work with majority of the colleagues in Sales and Marketing department that are organized around different key national retailers in Sales.
These are some examples of missions that you could lead:
- Develop and establish a productive long term relationship with key customers operating in Serbia, targeting to drive category value across 25 unique brands and deliver specific revenue targets for P&G
- Be responsible for a geographical area within Serbia consisting of International Customers, Wholesalers and Supermarkets, build a strong partnership by clearly understand customer’s needs, goals, strategies, systems and specifics in different categories
- Work closely in teams and develop strong relationships with colleagues from brand management, finance and supply network operations.

🎓 Final Year BSc students, MSc/MSA students in progress, and recent BSc/MSc/MSA graduates.
🗣️ Very good speaking and written command of the English & Serbian language.
🚗 Valid driving license.

📊 Strong analytical thinking with the ability to collaborate.
