The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in the Loir-et-Cher region, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with cutting-edge technology in the cosmetic industry. 📝 YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF PROCTER & GAMBLE:

As an HSE Engineer, you will join our Hygiene, Safety, and Environment department, where your missions will be guided by three essential priorities: safety, quality, and pedagogy. You will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our processes. Your expertise will be key to ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Here is an overview of the enriching missions and projects that await you:

• Classify chemical risks: Take charge of identifying and classifying the chemical risks on site, thereby ensuring the safety of everyone and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Create engaging training materials: Develop innovative training tools for our employees, enhancing their skills and raising awareness of HSE issues.
• Implement practical field support tools: Initiate effective and practical solutions to support teams on the ground, ensuring smooth implementation of safety procedures.
• Participate in standardization and safety projects: Get involved in key projects aimed at establishing uniform safety standards and meeting regulatory obligations, thus reinforcing our safety culture.

Job Qualifications

🧩 YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• Planning to enroll in a Bac+4/Bac+5 program in one of the following fields:  processes, industrial engineering, risk management, HSE.

• A good command of French and knowledge of English.

• Able to take initiatives and demonstrate leadership.
