We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, telephone calls and messages. You will also responsible for a variety of clerical duties.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:
Greets customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service.
Answers and directs phone calls and ensures messages are delivered to the respective parties.
Maintains knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information.
Answers customer questions about services performed or refers them to someone who can.
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
Makes change and issues receipts to customers and reconciles cash drawers daily.
Maintains the housekeeping of the reception area ensuring maintenance issues are reported immediately. Maintains customer area, bar/ coffee space and supplies.
Enters and updates client information, including traffic count records, into ADP, 180 system and dealership floor traffic control system.
Develops and maintains an efficient, current file and record management system both for electronic and paper correspondence and documents.
Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
Stocking in all new and pre-owned vehicles
Purchase vehicles for inventory whether for retail or wholesale and lease buyouts (HUB entry)
Complete CDK Journal entries
Ensure cheque requisitions are sent out when required.
Prepare licensing, track down safeties and ownerships for used vehicles. Prepare documents for Licensing and drop off to Service Ontario
Maintain customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure
Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
