In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in the Service department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to enter the automotive industry. Primary Responsibilities:
- Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.
- Understands verbal work orders and instructions.
- Reads material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters.
- Contacts porters to assist in daily tasks.
- Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.
- Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.
- Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.
- Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in automotive field is an asset. Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.

Pay: From $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr
