A Peek Into Your Petstock Day 

• Provide outstanding grooming services
• Support the Senior Groomer in completing daily grooming tasks
• Bathe and brush dogs prior to grooming
• Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Assist with the coordination of customer bookings in the grooming salon
• Ensure the appropriate handling and safe transfer of animals within the store 
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed set sales goals
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team 

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? 

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
• Confident being around animals as you will be exposed to dogs with lots of different personalities
• Motivated to take that next step in your career and willing to work hard to become the best Groomer you can be
• A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential - as long as you bring a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn!
• Experience in a similar environment
• Our dog customers come in all shapes, sizes and weight, so you will need to be physically fit and have a good understanding of dog behaviours to ensure all interactions are safe for you and your customers
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target 
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
• Physically fit, with ability to lift products and animals up to 20kgs
• Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
