About this role
Role Purpose
Executes and supports innovation initiatives in Facilities Management (FM) by assisting with the implementation of smart building technologies, centralized monitoring systems and digital transformation efforts. Focuses on improving operational efficiency, asset health and data-driven decision-making through technology adoption.
Main Accountabilities
- Support Implementation of Smart Building Technologies
Assist in the deployment of AI-enabled systems to enhance the performance and efficiency of HVAC, lighting, and energy management. - Facilitate Integration of FM Systems
Support efforts to integrate key platforms (BMS, CMMS, CAFM) into centralized dashboards for streamlined monitoring and analysis. - Assist in IoT Deployment and Predictive Maintenance Initiatives
Contribute to the installation and configuration of IoT devices and sensor networks to enable proactive asset management and fault detection. - Data Compilation and Performance Reporting
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting on energy consumption, asset performance, and sustainability indicators. - Stakeholder Coordination and Technical Support
Engage with internal teams and solution providers to gather system requirements, coordinate pilot testing, and ensure effective implementation of digital solutions.
Requirements
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Information Technology, Facilities Management or a related technical field.
Years of Experience
2–4 years working in facilities management, building technology, or smart systems deployment..
Domain Experience
Exposure to tech-enabled FM environments, digital tools, and basic project support roles is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with BMS, CMMS, and CAFM systems
- Understanding of IoT ecosystems and basic device connectivity
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/dashboard tools
- Ability to perform basic data validation and system testing
Soft Skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented, especially in handling tech-based data
- Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and eager to learn emerging technologies
- Collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholder needs concurrently
