Main Accountabilities

Role Purpose
Plan and *manage (P2P) value chain to ensure efficient cash-flow management and optimum funds availability for the Group, thus achieving higher-level of efficiencies and economies of scale and reduction in total cost of ownership for competitive advantage.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Plan, review and monitor daily payable processing activities to ensure smooth, timely and accurate posting execution that will safeguard KLCC GOC from finance operational risk.
  2. Plan, manage and review payment forecast utilisation for efficient cash flow management and optimum funds availability for KLCC GOC 
  3. Manage to confirm on tax payment (CP205/SST02/SST02A/WHT) to Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and Royal Malaysian Custom Department (RMCD) 
  4. Plan, manage and review consultative advises for KLCC Group on payables management and operation matters, as well as direct the formulation of continuous development and sustainability strategies of payables improvements plan.
  5. Manage and review the statutory and management reporting

a. To ensure timely and accurate operational monthly reports are disseminated to various stakeholders.

b. Strategic information is being surfaced timely to Management for decision making
 

Requirements
University degree in the field of accounting or related disciplines
Or equivalent accounting professional qualification.

Years of Experience: ​ ​

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Account Payable ​
  • Has experience in using MS office tools (MS Word and MS Excel). ​
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SAP & IFCA systems
