Investor Services - Senior Associate

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong>:<br>The Investor Services Associate will be responsible for managing client and investor requests.&nbsp; The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, initiative, ability to multi-task, time management, and have experience with different CRM systems.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries through a dedicated investor servicing inbox, providing accurate and timely responses.</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate posting of investor documents to the investor portal, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Work with the team to manage the CRM (salesforce) and investor portal (eFront) to track and monitor investor activities, as well as keep data accurate and up to date.</li> <li>Assist in the processing of capital calls, distributions, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.</li> <li>Help ensure all investor communications and data adhere to internal policy and procedures.</li> <li>Collaborate with broader finance teams to ensure a seamless investor experience, including working with treasury, fund accounting, data &amp; reporting and other broader teams.</li> <li>Support onboarding of new investors and any evolutions of investor servicing processes.</li> <li>Support completion and delivery of investor DDQs.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year of operational or financial service experience in the fund accounting industry</li> <li>Previous experience in Private Equity is preferred</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM applications</li> <li>Previous experience with tech implementations</li> <li>Ability to think from a process improvement perspective</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with good time management, the ability to multi-task, analytical skills, and organization</li> <li>Ability to efficiently communicate through oral and written communication</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">S</span></strong><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">alary Range</span><em><br></em></strong><em>At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is&nbsp;$82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only.
