Investment Operations - Analyst

With a culture built on entrepreneurialism, partnership and being a team within teams, our client offers joiners the opportunity to think out loud, collaboratively.</p> <p>The Investment Operations Analyst will support the investment operations team in transaction and capital markets pipeline management and execution across private equity secondaries, private equity co-investments, venture capital, growth equity, real estate and infrastructure and real assets. This role will be responsible for ownership of the latest updates from the deal, legal, tax and treasury teams by attending relevant transaction<strong> </strong>pipeline meetings, tracking all multi-channel communications flows and proactively chasing updates related to transactions they are staffed on. This information will be maintained live in SPI to establish shared consciousness across the deal teams-of-teams. Disciplined document management will also be required as final legal closing packages for complex transactions and documented support for transaction allocation decisions must be organized and uploaded for wide dissemination to all stakeholders.</p> <p>Our client is looking for a self-motivated, focused and organized individual to join a newly created investment operations team supporting the client’s commercial product lines and enterprise services departments by:</p> <ul> <li>centralizing data capture and process flows through the client’s proprietary technology platform, SPI</li> <li>harmonizing transaction execution processes across private markets asset classes and strategies</li> <li>enhancing technology solutions supporting the client’s allocation policy</li> <li>centralizing sourcing, management and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools and provider relationships</li> </ul> <p>The investment operations team will follow the full product life cycle including:</p> <ul> <li>tracking newly raised capital entering the client’s platform</li> <li>adding new capital to the client’s transaction allocation engine</li> <li>facilitating transaction structuring, sourcing financing facilities and implementing hedging programs</li> <li>managing transaction funding logistics to ensure cash availability to close</li> <li>posting final legal closing packages to internal stakeholders when deals have closed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Salary Range</span><em><br></em></strong><em>At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only.
