<h4><strong>What You Will Do</strong>:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as lead contact for client relationships from proposal to engagement implementation and ongoing administration</li>
<li>Ensure proper staffing and training needs are met on engagements</li>
<li>Develop and maintain procedures required to meet internal and external deliverables and client satisfaction</li>
<li>Review and implement partnership allocation models based on partnership agreements for various clients</li>
<li>Become knowledgeable of all key systems, including Investran Live and DX</li>
<li>Coordinate and review investor communication, including capital call and distribution notices, as well as capital balances statements for various clients</li>
<li>Review investment transactions via Investran Live general ledger system</li>
<li>Review management fee calculations, invoices, and journal entries</li>
<li>Review daily and monthly cash reconciliations for various partnerships and related portfolio companies</li>
<li>Review the fund financial statements (Statements of Assets and Liabilities/Partners’ Capital, Operations, Partners’ Capital, and Cash Flow) and other management reporting (IRR performance summaries, investment transaction reports, etc.)</li>
<li>Work alongside the Director/Senior Director to provide direction on various projects and inquiries, including reviewing material prepared by staff. These tasks include reviewing general ledger entries, quarterly work papers, audit confirms, LP requests, and other ad hoc material.</li>
<li>Review and/or calculate private equity benchmark returns, including gross/net MOI and IRR, along with TVPI, RVPI, and DPI</li>
<li>Review materials for the interim and annual audit of the fund partnerships for various clients and establish a working relationship with auditors</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>

<li>7-10 years of progressive work experience in accounting or audit, with a preference for private equity, fund administration, or public accounting experience.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with the ability to complete tasks promptly.</li>
<li>Willingness to take on additional ad-hoc tasks and projects.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain advanced spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Investran Live.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a team approach.</li>
<li>Unquestionable integrity and ethics.</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus.</li>
<li>CPA preferred but not required.</li>

The compensation range for this position is $122,000 - $183,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only.
