Why This Role Matters

Implementation Project Managers are the architects of client success at Personify Health. You'll be the trusted guide ensuring new clients and expansion projects launch smoothly and confidently. By coordinating complex implementations across internal teams, third-party partners, and client stakeholders, you directly influence whether clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals from day one. Your project management expertise translates technical complexity into seamless client experiences, setting the stage for long-term partnerships and measurable impact on member health outcomes.

What You'll Actually Do

Lead client implementations: Project manage implementation of new Personify Health customers and expansion of purchased services while ensuring highest level of client satisfaction for successful launch.

Drive project coordination: Maintain overall implementation project ownership while coordinating activities and deliverables among all internal Personify Health departments for seamless execution.

Serve as solutions expert: Act as subject matter expert on all operational aspects of Personify Health solutions while employing standard project methodology, processes, and procedures.

Manage integration activities: Coordinate operational and tactical activities for supporting 3rd party integrations while responding to and resolving client requests during implementation.

Facilitate client feedback: Solicit client feedback and share insights with Product Development for consideration in continuous product enhancement initiatives.

Support platform migrations: Project manage platform migrations on as-needed basis while ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.

Enable business development: Participate in pre-sales activities to drive new business including RFP completion, prospect sales calls, and in-person finalist meetings when needed.

Provide supplemental support: Deliver operational and tactical support to Account Management and Client Delivery teams on as-needed basis for optimal client experience.

Drive continuous improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability of implementation services and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
  • 2-3 years project management or software implementation experience with complex projects and large corporate clients
  • Previous experience working directly with clients strongly preferred
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and wellness/wellbeing/healthcare environments (preferably both)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) preferred
  • Ability to navigate dynamic technological environments

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
