  • Lead the successful global rollout, iterative optimization, and long-term enhancement of the International Partner Portal
  • Ensure the portal delivers intuitive, secure, and real-time functionality—including partner status dashboards, pricing and discount access, marketing collateral libraries, training resources, deal registration, and collaboration tools—to maximize partner efficiency and satisfaction
  • Serve as the central coordinator between Persistent Systems’ internal marketing organization and international partner marketing teams
  • Conduct and lead quarterly commercial marketing alignment calls, synchronize global and regional campaign calendars, co-develop partner-specific marketing strategies, ensure consistent messaging across websites, collateral, and digital channels, and drive joint campaign execution
  • Lead the design, development, and phased global rollout of the International Partner Maintenance Program
  • Authorize and certify qualified international resellers to perform equipment maintenance and field service; define rigorous certification requirements, training curricula, technical documentation, quality standards, audit processes, and compliance frameworks to guarantee consistent, high-quality service delivery and alignment with company policies
  • Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key international partners and distributors; proactively interpret their business challenges, growth objectives, and market feedback to advocate for internal program, product, and policy enhancements
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage short- and long-term risks and opportunities across the international partner ecosystem; develop detailed mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and growth acceleration initiatives
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership on international partner program health, pipeline contribution, revenue performance, key risks, and strategic opportunities
