YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Marketing Support / Marketing Coordinator to assist our Brand Management team across the Swiss market. In this dynamic role, you will support the execution of marketing activities across the full brand portfolio, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful brand experiences. You will collaborate closely with Brand Managers, crossfunctional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns and brand initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Brand Managers in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials (POS, digital assets, presentations, product sheets).

  • Support the planning and execution of brand experiences, activations, and advocacy initiatives.

  • Coordinate product samples and support product launches, events, and promotional activities.

  • Conduct market, category, and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making.

  • Support and carry out marketing projects

  • Support the coordination with agencies, suppliers, and external partners.

  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and purchase order creation.

  • Organize internal meetings, prepare presentations, and ensure up-to-date documentation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing or Brand Management.

  • You have gained initial hands-on experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG environment, and have a strong interest in brand strategy and consumer-focused marketing.

  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and feel confident working in an international environment.

  • You have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and are comfortable preparing analyses, presentations, and reports.

  • You demonstrate a hands-on mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of teamwork, combined with a proactive and structured way of working.
