Your unique contribution

As the National On-Premise Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategy for PRNZ’s On-Premise channel. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage major On-Premise customers, and oversee significant event properties. This role requires a deep understanding of the On-Premise channel, commercial business drivers, and consumer trends.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive On-Premise strategy to achieve growth and brand development goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key On-Premise customers and agency partners.

  • Oversee sales targets, monitor performance, and manage operational expenses, trade investments, and promotional costs within budget.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain, to deliver results

  • Drive a strong event strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.

  • Flexibility to travel nationally and represent the company at key events.

  • Tertiary Qualification in Business (Commerce/ Finance)
