- Provide legal advice and counsel within area of expertise to functional or operational area managers;
- analyze and interpret laws to provide advice on legal issues; responsibility may cover a broad range of legal issues, including contracts, compliance, property, intellectual property and transactions;
- Delivery of legal advice and manage legal caseload
- Develop policies and legal processes at local level and train business around such policies;
