You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

As Digital Engagement Senior Brand Manager, you will lead Martell’s global digital presence and drive the brand’s performance across key markets. Reporting to the Digital Engagement Marketing Manager Prestige Brands, you will oversee our content, social media and digital platforms, ensuring Martell remains relevant, inspiring, and engaging worldwide. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative leadership, a collaborative approach, a performance driven mindset and a passion for innovation.

Your key missions:

Content Strategy & Social Media

  • Build and lead a global digital content strategy across touchpoints that elevates Martell’s storytelling and strengthens our brand equity across markets.

  • Define and execute Martell’s global Social & Influence strategy, ensuring our voice resonates authentically across platforms and communities.

  • Develop always‑on social assets and ad-hoc digital experiences and activations tailored to market’s needs, from brief to final delivery, supporting our cultural platforms and global brand initiatives.

  • Work hand‑in‑hand with key markets to ensure alignment, cross‑market amplification, and shared success.

  • Lead and execute our social paid media activations and optimization, in partnership with our media agency.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform evolution and leverage existing technologies for activations optimization (AI, automation, etc).

Digital platforms & CRM

  • Own and orchestrate the digital ecosystem performance (Web, CRM, SEO content and data & tracking), ensuring excellence, reliability, and alignment with brand and business priorities.

  • Lead global web activation and evolution, overseeing brand owned platforms, e-commerce modules, and campaign executions while guaranteeing premium user experience and tracking.

  • Drive strategic KPI delivery through data-led insights, continuous optimization, and proactive identification of growth and efficiency opportunities.

  • Elevate CRM maturity and market adoption, embedding best practices, ensuring data consistency, and supporting markets in leveraging HQ tools to maximize customer value.

  • 7+ years of experience in digital roles with 360 view, ideally within luxury or global digital agencies.

  • Strong creative sensibility with the ability to elevate ideas and challenge the status quo.

  • Performance driven mindset: analytical rigor and mastery of digital KPIs, reporting, and optimization.

  • Experience leveraging digital platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SalesForce, Social Listening and performance tools, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, and others) to inform strategy, optimize performance, and support executive decision-making.

  • Ability to thrive in a premium, international, fast‑moving environment.

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Creativity, curiosity, openness, and a passion for innovation.

  • Fluent English & French; additional languages are a plus.
