Architecture & Strategy:
- Design and document comprehensive, high-level, and low-level technical architectures for various solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for key domains: Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS), Network Infrastructure, Security Services (specifically Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX), and Modern Workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, endpoint management).
- Conduct technology assessments and feasibility studies to recommend strategic technology choices and investments.
Cloud Architecture & Transformation:
- Lead the architectural design and governance of our multi-cloud environments, focusing on resilience, cost optimization, and operational efficiency (FinOps/DevOps principles).
- Define best practices for cloud-native application deployment, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
Security & Networking:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for implementing and optimizing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform (ZIA, ZPA) to provide secure access for users, applications, and IoT devices.
- Architect and govern global enterprise Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) and core network infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Ensure all designs meet stringent security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Modern Workplace:
- Define the architecture for an efficient and secure Modern Workplace, integrating platforms like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Endpoint Management (Intune/MEM).
- Architect solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and mobility while maintaining a strong security posture.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Act as a technical leader, mentoring engineering teams and providing technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technology teams to ensure architectural decisions support organizational objectives.
