Job Description

· Identity & Access Management (Primary Focus)

· Administer and enhance IAM processes including identity lifecycle, access provisioning,

entitlement management, and authentication/authorization controls.

· Operate and optimize MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, SCIM integrations, and identity and governance workflows.

· Implement and maintain least-privilege strategies across the enterprise.

· Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams to enforce secure access patterns.

· Web Application Firewall (WAF)

· Operate and maintain the enterprise WAF platform, including policy management, rule tuning, traffic filtering, and signature updates.

· Monitor WAF logs for anomalies, attacks (OWASP Top 10), bot activity, and misconfigurations.

· Partner with application teams to safely deploy rule changes, troubleshoot blocked traffic, and improve application security posture.

· Assist with WAF onboarding for new applications and environments (on-prem or cloud).

· Security Engineering

· Engineer and support enterprise security tools and platforms; help mature detection, prevention, and identity control layers.

· Develop PowerShell automation to support IAM tasks, security hardening, and operational workflows.

· Support SIEM log onboarding and improve telemetry quality for identity, endpoint, and WAF data sources.

· Maintain security baselines, configuration standards, and supporting documentation.

· Threat & Vulnerability Management

· Support vulnerability scanning operations, asset grouping, reporting, and remediation tracking.

· Validate findings and collaborate with stakeholders on prioritization and mitigation.

· (Preferred) Experience operating Rapid7 InsightVM/InsightIDR.

· Endpoint Security

· Support endpoint detection and response tooling, policy tuning, agent health, and alert triage.

· (Preferred) Experience with SentinelOne configuration and event analysis. · Operational Security Support

· Contribute to incident investigations with identity, endpoint, and WAF-related evidence.

· Maintain up-to-date SOPs, runbooks, and reference documentation.

· Support compliance efforts, audits, and risk assessments.
