Job Description

Job duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Layout project according to plans & specifications
  • Coordinate preparation of plaster products with Labor Foremen
  • Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials
  • Carry and transfer of material
  • Coordinate the staging of the material
  • Measure, cut and install EIFS substrate
  • Install mesh, leveling coats and finishes for EIFS
  • Install multi-step plaster systems at the exterior and interior structures
  • Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolds
  • Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked and labor dollars
  • Attend and participate in all required company training programs
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures
  • On-the-job training offered

This position is safety-sensitive.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
