Job Description

Job duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Know how to set up a conventional paint pot
  • Experience with air assisted and airless paint systems
  • Know  how to mix kits of paint
  • Must understand how to paint complex structures
  • Ability to work on solo project and as a member of a team
  • Understand WFT gauges and how to use them
  • Experience with the most common industrial coatings
  • Ability to consistently hit mils while painting
  • On-the-job training offered

This position is safety-sensitive.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
  • Must be comfortable working from heights
  • Some sites may require a background check
  • Must have reliable transportation
