Job Description
Job duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Know how to set up a conventional paint pot
- Experience with air assisted and airless paint systems
- Know how to mix kits of paint
- Must understand how to paint complex structures
- Ability to work on solo project and as a member of a team
- Understand WFT gauges and how to use them
- Experience with the most common industrial coatings
- Ability to consistently hit mils while painting
- On-the-job training offered
This position is safety-sensitive.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Must be comfortable working from heights
- Some sites may require a background check
- Must have reliable transportation

What you'll do
- The painter will be responsible for setting up paint equipment, mixing paint, and applying coatings to various structures. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
