Job Description
Job duties may include:
- Assists welding craft in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial plant needs
- Performs maintenance and repair work of a routine nature under the direct supervision of a Mechanical supervisor
- Performs general maintenance tasks necessary to maintain facilities and performs general cleaning/housekeeping maintenance tasks
- Performs preventive maintenance needs
- On-the-job training offered
This position is safety-sensitive.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Must have reliable transportation
