
A Supply Chain Transformation & Engineering Technical (SCTE) Leader is an internal expert and has the highest accountability for solving and implementing solutions to technical problems and issues within the S+D function. This role requires strong, innovative, and internal technical expertise on FLNA critical technologies and business processes that ensure fast commercialization of new initiatives, continuity to not repeat mistakes, and the ability for field teams to get critical support and information as needed. This role is responsible for solving complex innovation needs through proactive sourcing, development and implementation of solutions that address business requirements.
The Plant Warehouse Engineering Level 10 Technical Engineer is an internal expert and key leader in delivering complex, technical initiatives. This role requires strong, innovative, deep internal technical expertise on PFNA critical technologies and business processes that ensure fast commercialization of new initiatives, continuity to not repeat mistakes, and the ability for field teams to get critical support and information as needed. This role is responsible for sourcing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet business needs.
The Plant Warehouse Engineering team manages large capital projects dedicated to automation, capacity, productivity, and maintenance. We exist to serve our Consumers and Customers by providing Plant Warehouse capacity, productivity, and maintenance/obsolescence/end-of-life automation solutions through capital projects and world class maintenance strategies to deliver optimal asset performance that enables Supply Chain and Sales to bring Smiles to our Consumers in partnership with sites and headquarters partners.
