Responsibilities

The Opportunity 

 

Join our Supply Chain team and help us ensure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes at PepsiCo US. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure the right products get to the right place, at the right time — supporting daily order processes, coordinating shipments, and helping us maintain great service levels. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with key systems like SAP and our internal planning tools, while working closely with vendors, warehouses, and distribution teams.

  

Your Impact  

 

  • Purchase order processing: Creating, tracking, and validating purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Shipment Coordination: Managing inbound and outbound shipments for warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing plants.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, addressing discrepancies, and supporting restocking activities.
  • Vendor Communication: Engaging with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and resolving issues.
  • Documentation Preparation: Verifying and processing paperwork for supply chain operations, including invoices, shipping labels, and compliance forms.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 
  • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in Supply Chain. 
  • Intermediate Excel level (pivot tables and charts, data analysis, data validation and related)
  • Willingness to work on this shift:
    • Monday - Friday: 06:00 am - 03:30 pm
