The Opportunity 

 

  

Your Impact  

This role will serve as the global lead for Supplier Enablement within the Requisition to Pay (R2P) function to ensure that suppliers can transact digitally with PepsiCo. This role has the primary ownership on supplier enablement, support and train them to transact electronically with PepsiCo on the network across the Requisition to Pay process lifecycle. The Team lead will manage global team spread across capability centers


Responsibilities

         Purpose

  • Lead a global team to manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and readiness to transact
  • Design the global supplier enablement framework across PepsiCo’s technology landscape
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, MDM, and Risk to design, build and align on supplier enablement framework
  • Lead large-scale onboarding campaigns across multiple regions and categories to migrate suppliers to the Ariba Network
  • Drive improvement of Ariba Network supplier adoption
  • Lead continuous Improvement in the Supplier Enablement CoE

    Scope
  • Global R2P covering all markets supported by all GCCs
  • Leadership & Organization
  • Lead the global supplier enablement team responsible for onboarding, compliance checks, and readiness to transact digitally.
  • Serve as the global escalation point for supplier readiness or compliance issues.
  • Supplier Lifecycle Management
  • Ensure supplier information, including classification, is accurately maintained throughout the supplier lifecycle.
  • Ensure supplier data integrity and adherence to regulatory, tax, and banking requirements.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and tailored onboarding approaches based on supplier size, spend, and strategic importance.

    Onboarding & Enablement Execution
  • Ensure suppliers are successfully trained, supported, and fully transacting on the platform.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding process to improve speed and user experience.
  • Continuously optimize processes to increase PO automation, reduce manual intervention, and improve data quality.

    Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with Procurement, Category Managers, Finance, IT, MDM, and Risk to align enablement with contracting and supplier relationship management.
  • Drive change management and communications across markets and functions on the importance of supplier enablement.

    Metrics, Reporting & Insights
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, digital adoption rates, and compliance metrics.
  • Controls, Compliance & Audit
  • Lead and support control execution by providing all required evidence and ensuring consistent support during audits.
  • Continuous Improvement & Digital Adoption
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of digital solutions to simplify supplier enablement and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

  • 8 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or P2P operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba (SLP, catalogs, integration), S/4, Fieldglass, and VIM.
  • Proven ability to manage global teams and drive compliance and risk management.
  • Strategic and Analytical mindset
  • Strong cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Strong stakeholder Management experience
  • Result and execution oriented Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and reporting outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and digital adoption.
  • Experience with Ariba Network preferrable
  • S4/Ariba/VIM/AP experience
  • Problem solving / ability to anticipate and address challenges
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, suppliers, cross-functional partners
  • Results oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinking
