תיאור משרה
- הובלת תהליכי סטנדרטיזציה בין אתרים ומדינות ליצירת אחידות תפעולית ויעילות גלובלית.
- ליווי וייעוץ מקצועי לשווקים ברחבי העולם בהובלת פרויקטי התייעלות, שיפור תהליכים ויישום Best Practices.
- הקמה וניהול של מערך מדדים (KPIs) גלובליים לשרשרת האספקה, כולל הגדרה, מדידה, בקרה ושיפור מתמיד של ביצועים.
- מעקב, ניהול ודיווח על תכניות התייעלות וחיסכון, בשיתוף כלל האתרים והשווקים, לטובת עמידה ביעדים הכמותיים והאסטרטגיים.
- זיהוי פערים והזדמנויות לשיפור בתהליכי תכנון, ייצור, לוגיסטיקה ורכש, ובניית תכניות פעולה לטיפול בהם.
- עבודה צמודה עם ממשקי ארגוניים בתחומי תכנון, ייצור, איכות, כספים ולוגיסטיקה, לצורך קידום יוזמות לשיפור ולתמיכה בקבלת החלטות מבוססת נתונים.
- הטמעת תרבות של מצוינות תפעולית באמצעות הדרכות, פרויקטים מתודולוגיים (כגון Lean, Six Sigma) וכלים לשיפור מתמיד.
דרישות
- מהנדס תעשייה וניהול עם נסיון של לפחות חמש שנים בהובלת תהליכי התייעלות
- נסיון מוכח בעולמות הלוגיסטיקה גלובלית בתחום המצויינות התפעולית
- היכרות עם מטודולוגיית Lean
- שליטה מלאה בשפה האנגלית
- נסיון בעבודה עם מערכות BI / AI
Overview (English)
New job opportunity in SodaStream, part of PepsiCo group: Supply Chain Operational Excellence Engineer
Responsible for leading Operational Excellence initiatives within the global supply chain, focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross-functional processes.
Location: SodaStream Operations Site – Idan HaNegev, Lehavim Israel

Responsibilities (English)
- Lead standardization initiatives across sites and countries to ensure operational consistency and global efficiency.
- Provide professional guidance and support to global markets in driving efficiency projects, process improvements, and implementation of best practices.
- Establish and manage a global KPI framework for the supply chain, including definition, measurement, monitoring, and continuous performance improvement.
- Track, manage, and report on efficiency and cost-saving programs in collaboration with all sites and markets to ensure achievement of quantitative and strategic targets.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in planning, production, logistics, and procurement processes, and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in planning, production, quality, finance, and logistics to promote improvement initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
- Embed a culture of operational excellence through training, methodological projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and continuous improvement tools.
Qualifications (English)
- Industrial Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in leading efficient processes.
- Proven experience in global logistics and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodology.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working with BI / AI systems.
