Overview
Build new headcounts in ChCC to support China supply planning. Aims at,
-Build end to end supply chain planning process and ensure process connectivity;
-Build global capability to local;
-Avoid unnecessary "hand offs" and build scale for process transformation.
-Continuously enhance GCC service and effort penetration for supply chain planning.
Responsibilities
- SC Planning & Forecasting: Be responsible for SC planning & forecasting.
- Inventory Management: Be responsible for inventory management, optimize inventory levels to ensure stable supply.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with OU team on supply chain management.
- SC Reporting: Be responsible for SC operation reporting.
- SC I/E Planning: Manage Import & Export planning processes including order confirmation,
- capacity coordination, meeting communication, and shipment execution.
- Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain data, inventory trends, and supply chain metrics to drive operational efficiency and resolve supply chain-related issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields, and with over 3 years supply chain planning experience in FMCGs; Experience in FMCG Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing is desired.
- Solid MRP, production planning and inventory knowledge; Familiar with ERP system, preferable experience with SAP.
- Data sensitivity, excellent skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Microsoft Office, and PowerApps, Power BI, Tableau, etc. desired.
- Customer-centric and collaborative, ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams (global, BU, sales Division, DC, plants, etc.), be able to work under high pressure.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities, excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Good written & spoken in Mandarin and English.
