About this role
Overview
• Support ‘Master Production planning’, ‘Performance tracking’, ’Manufacturing production report’, ‘Manufacturing RM backflush’ and ‘Manufacturing RM requisition’ processes in collaboration with PEP SC function (BU and plants)
• Provide Manufacturing Reporting & Analytics services to China Foods by leveraging data and technology
• Conduct system operations work in SAP
• Prepare/collect/clean, analyze and visualize manufacturing performance and other relevant data
• Leverage PowerBI and RPA to manipulate data
• Collect and report plant performance data; maintain Pepsico China Snack OPS online system and share best practice
• Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by PEP
• Support line manager to build team capability and new working process and learn new tools.
Responsibilities
Support on reports consolidation and analysis to get an effective and accurate reporting system:
• Plant Performance KPIs tracking Report; Power Steering tracking reports
• Sustainability tracking reports; Support GCR AOP/PSP reporting
• Build and maintain data model for P&P tracking
• Generate regular KPI reports per pre-defined template; Monitor model output, forward/ key-into system accordingly
Support Co-Man SAP operations:
• Reconcile RM/PM/FG in SAP; Generate inventory report for both RM/PM and finished goods
• Reconcile invoice for oat imports; Generate PO in SAP for Co-Man.
Supporting of plant RM requisition and backflush activities:
• Generate regular KPI reports per pre-defined template; Monitor model output, forward/ key-into system accordingly
• Generate RM requisition report for ship to line material quantity
• Monitor the RM backflush run by RAP in SAP to make sure it runs smoothly
General support on reporting:
• RPA maintenance and monitoring; BI tool change request based on changing business needs
• Support SC Business Analytics and Evaluate new technology platforms for various use cases
• On going improvement of reporting capabilities by eliminating duplicate reporting, standardizing reports where applicable and developing new reports that enables faster and better decision-making process
Others:
• Support line manager to do training and deliver reporting team’s R&R
• Support new process setup and build connection with BU and plant team
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 2 years’ experience working with Data Analytics and Reporting (cloud-based desirable), or similar experience
• Experience in Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing, food process technical is desired.
• SAP expertise desired.
• Excellent skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Microsoft Office, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• Possess high personal integrity and standards
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Highly analytical with particular attention to detail; Comfortable with large sets of data and reporting tools
• Customer-centric and collaborative
• Good English skill in reading and writing
• Be able to work under high pressure
