Overview
Support GCR Pepsi core technical platform, lead Pepsi product development of innovation, renovation, productivity and brand maintenance
Responsibilities
• Work closely with MKT, Ops, Finance teams to identify the consumer needs and drive Pepsi Core innovation AOP and productivity pipeline.
• Lead the lab prototyping, product trial run, LPR and responsible for the product stability, cogs, new ingredients approval, formula approval;
• Ensure the product delivered to meet the PepsiCo food safety, quality, microbe and SRA requirements;
• Ensure the project execution to meet the TSG requirements and close tracking the information through myInnovation system
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above in food science, food engineering or adjacent subjects;
• > 1year working experience Multi-national Food/Beverage Company in product development;
• Fluent writing and speaking skill in Mandarin and English
• Efficient communication skill and basic leadership skill to facilitate project move on;
• Experienced on product design methodology, process and tools that apply to R&D projects / activities;
• Fundamental technical knowledge in the areas of carbonated beverage development, process, package, QA, RS, consumer research, analysis data llustration etc;
