About this role
Overview
- 确保所负责班组的运行有序正常，并能按生产主管的要求组织相关资源按时完成生产计划；
- 协助生产主管及时有效传递生产信息，同时让生产主管及时了解各生产线的运行情况；
- 对于生产线突发的事故能够及时告知生产主管并按要求组织相关资源进行解决；
- 使所负责班组的人员的操作技能得到发展和提高。
Responsibilities
全面掌握所在生产线的情况，包括：设备、原材料、生产工艺流程以及人员配置等内容；
了解产品的质量标准，配合生产主管或R&D解决并提高产品的质量问题；
执行生产计划安排，合理安排班组人员进行生产任务达成，设备的维护保养，原材料及消耗品的领出或退库，生产线卫生等工作；
对班组内的工作进行监督和管理；
保持与生产主管的密切联系，配合生产主管开展工作；
执行安全管理程序以保证人员和设备的安全；
监督并控制生产过程中的原材料及劳动力的消耗，最大限度的减少浪费；
定期对班组内的人员进行安全意识及岗位技能的培训和考核；
提前到岗了解生产线的运转情况以及检查各岗位的工作交接情况；
下班前负责对本部门的工作记录进行审核，并与接班线长做好交接工作；
出席生产部的例会，对本班的生产、质量、浪费、设备运行以及人员管理等方面进行汇报和分析讨论，最后完成书面报告。
Qualifications
大专以上学历，食品或机械相关专业毕业；
有至少2年大型食品工厂生产线管理经验；
有较强的组织协调能力和一定的语言表达能力和书写能力；
熟悉基本的电脑操作和简单的英语阅读能力；
有较强的环境适应能力和接受新事物的能力。
