To strengthen our Maintenance&Engineering team in Tilburg, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities
Carry out mechanical repair and maintenance activities on production equipment and installations.
Ensure that machines, tools, and buildings comply with safety regulations, applicable legislation, and company guidelines.
Support engineers with both mechanical and basic electrical maintenance activities; identify, report, and escalate electrical deviations when detected.
Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and malfunctions on production lines.
Assist in the preparation and execution of maintenance and improvement projects.
Perform routine inspections and technical checks on production machinery.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with the established maintenance plan.
Share technical expertise with operators and maintenance colleagues to help develop and improve best practices on the shop floor.
Qualifications
Education: MBO-4 level is required. Within a technical/mechanical or electrical field.
Skills: A minimum of 2 years working experience in a high paced maintenance environment is required. The employee is expected to bring a technical understanding as well as the ability to perform the required repairs. Experience in the field of industrial hygiene food production or experience with electrical is desirable. Experience in working with MS Office is required.
Language: Excellent level of English language is required.
