
Accelerate digital transformation of the entire commercial team, maximize value realization including sales growth, cost avoidance and productivity from digital tools and capabilities.

Digital Adoption and Enablement Design
• Design and execute the multi-year adoption strategy and enablement roadmap for all key digital tools. Define user personas and journey maps to proactively identify friction points. Establish core KPIs to measure adoption success and value realization.
User Education and Training
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training curricula, including e-learning, workshops, and knowledge bases, to ensure effective tool utilization. Track user proficiency and aim to significantly shorten the Time-to-Competency across the organization.
Digital Promotion and Engagement
• Serve as the internal Transformation Evangelist, promoting the digital vision and tangible business value. Implement incentive programs and communication campaigns to drive high user engagement and maximize tool usage depth.
Transformation Acceleration and Value Realization
• Lead change management efforts to minimize resistance and accelerate the adoption of new digital processes. Monitor and report on adoption metrics and usage trends to senior leadership, ensuring the realization of digital ROI.
1. Understanding of frontline sales' work, at least 3 years of field sales experience is a must;
2. Framework thinking and project management skills, can coordinate stakeholders from different levels from leadership team to frontline, and accelerate user adoption initiatives;
3. presentation skills, translate digital tool design and benefits to easy-to-understand wordings for frontline sales team, and translate user feedback in reverse;
4. prior digital project experience and understanding of digital tools in FMCG industry is a plus;
5. Bachelor degree is a must.
