The Opportunity
We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Beverages business, playing a key role in driving financial insights and strategic decision-making. This position goes beyond traditional finance tasks—it’s about partnering with the business to unlock growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Your Impact
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will:
· Analyze system economics to identify opportunities and risks across the business.
· Conduct concentrate price drivers analysis to understand cost structures and pricing strategies.
· Develop financial scenarios for decision-making, supporting leadership with actionable insights.
· Track and analyze investments (including STB and A&M) to ensure optimal resource allocation.
· Perform volume trends analysis and assess their impact on profitability.
· Prepare and deliver results and recommendation presentations to leadership, influencing strategic choices.
· Analyze categories and brand trends, identifying growth drivers and market dynamics.
· Conduct brand profitability analysis to optimize portfolio performance.
· Prepare Innovation’s P&L to support the commercialization team
· Evaluate investments to measure ROI and recommend improvements.
· Conduct business Ad-Hoc analysis based on franchise team priorities
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Drive Digital Transformation
· Champion a digital-first mindset, embracing innovative ways of working to modernize finance processes.
· Ensure transition to MOSAIC planning and Digital tools adoption.
· Stay ahead of the curve by engaging with new initiatives, continuous improvement practices, and forward-thinking strategies to transform LAB’s planning function.
· Act as a change agent, promoting global digitalization and standardization objectives across the organization.
· Identify and implement opportunities for centralization, standardization, and automation, driving efficiency and scalability.
· Foster a culture of productivity, simplicity, and continuous improvement, ensuring processes evolve to meet business needs.
Collaborate Across the Business
· Build strong partnerships with Franchise, Commercial, Controls, and Corporate teams, ensuring alignment and shared success.
· Engage proactively with business partners to support BU targets and strategic priorities.
· Maintain clear and consistent communication with regional teams, BU leadership, and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration at every level.
Who Are We Looking For?
· Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
· Experience: 3+ years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or related roles in finance
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with digital tools and planning systems is a plus.
· Solid understanding of P&L drivers, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
· Fluent in English
