PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of our fast-growing iGaming client!
We are looking for a dedicated, client-focused VIP Host to manage relationships with high-value players and deliver a premium, personalized experience. This role is all about exceptional communication, deep player care, and proactive retention.
📍 Location:
Remote — anywhere in the world
(Fluent English required; other languages are plus)
⏰ Working Hours:
Mon - Sat | Sun - day off
10 - 19 PM UTC+0 (2 Night Shifts per Month)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Account Management
Provide dedicated support to VIP players via chat, messengers, email, and calls
Stay fully available during shift hours to respond to VIP requests promptly
Deliver concierge-level service and anticipate player needs
2. Relationship Building & Retention
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value players
Ensure satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally
Proactively engage players to prevent churn and strengthen loyalty
3. Player Segmentation & Monitoring
Monitor player activity, deposits, and behavioral patterns
Identify potential VIPs and guide promising players into the VIP segment
Detect unusual behavior or activity drops and act immediately
4. Personalized Offers & Communication
Recommend tailored bonuses, rewards, and campaigns
Adapt communication style to player preferences and habits
Coordinate with CRM/Marketing to deliver relevant VIP promotions
5. Operational Support
Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes on all player interactions
Escalate issues to Payments, Risk, Support, or Tech teams when needed
Adhere to internal procedures, KYC/AML guidelines, and player safety standards
6. Reporting & Analytics
Provide regular reports on player activity and VIP metrics
Share insights on player needs and competitor trends
Track KPIs related to VIP satisfaction, responsiveness, and engagement
💼 Who We’re Looking For
Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Experience in customer support, VIP hosting, account management, or similar roles (iGaming experience is a must)
Able to work 2 night shifts per Month
Client-obsessed attitude with a proactive mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
