About the Project
We are hiring a Product Owner for a fast-growing iGaming holding developing multiple successful products in the gambling and esports space. The new flagship project is an AI-powered esports league, where GenAI models compete 24/7 (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, and others) across intellectual and cyber-sport disciplines.
The content is created specifically for sportsbooks, enabling them to offer continuous betting markets on AI competitions. This is a highly innovative product at the intersection of AI, esports, and betting, with strong long-term potential.
You will join a compact team and work directly with the CEO and CTO, influencing product strategy from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities
Own and develop the product vision for current and future esports/AI disciplines
Create and maintain product documentation for the development team
Research esports formats, betting mechanics, and sportsbook requirements hands-on
Brainstorm and design new betting markets and product mechanics
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to create product solutions supporting PR and promotion
Participate in planning future iframe / B2B integration solutions for sportsbook partners
Work closely with CEO/CTO on strategic and tactical product decisions
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager (middle+)
Mandatory experience in sportsbook products
Strong knowledge and understanding of esports (formats, disciplines, betting logic)
Hands-on mindset: able to research, analyze, and dive deep into the product yourself
Experience working with development teams and writing clear product documentation
Russian & English languages - fluent level
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B iGaming products
Understanding of betting market mechanics and odds logic
Experience launching new products or disciplines from scratch
