We are hiring a Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team!
Compensation and Benefits for our Landscaping Sales Specialist at Lawn and Landscape Solutions:
We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package including a minimum base salary of $65,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for commission, with potential earnings of up to $120,000 annually for motivated, seasoned sales professionals!
In addition to our compensation, Lawn and Landscape Solutions provides the additional benefits:

Requirements for the Landscaping Sales Specialist position at Lawn and Landscape Solutions:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape design and build sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets as a seasoned sales professional.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction processes, and project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present creative solutions and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools (experience with Aspire is a plus, but is not required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities of the Landscaping Sales Specialist position at Lawn and Landscape Solutions:
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their landscape vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals
- Developing and executing a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets, consistently achieving revenue growth
- Preparing detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and design concepts, presenting solutions that align with client expectations and budget
- Fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact from the initial consultation through project completion
- Collaborating with the design and build teams to ensure seamless project execution, aligning client expectations with project deliverables
- Maintaining an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Ensuring positive client experience by maintaining high-quality service and proactively addressing concerns or issues during the sales and project process.
- Participating in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand presence in the local market
- Other duties as assigned
