Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for experienced Flat Rate Technicians to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. We are hiring immediately, with a sign-on bonus opportunity of up to $10,000 and potential relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside the San Diego area.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on productivity and qualifications. It starts at a flat rate of $36 to $55 per hour. The expected pay is $75,000 to $180,000 per year.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Safe, working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

• Minimum 3 years of dealership experience, preferably with Mercedes-Benz or other luxury European brands.
