JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The College of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Entomology seeks to hire a part-time research assistant. This position will study the behavior of mushroom phorid Megaselia halterata and sciarid Lycoriela ingenua flies and perform laboratory experiments to optimize attract and kill technology to be used in field experiments. This position may also explore the vectoring dynamics and practicality of using natural enemies to control pest insects.
Compensation:
The starting rate for this job is $16.74/hour.
