With deep expertise in either Licensing & Contracting or Commissions—and a comprehensive understanding of all LCC functions and systems—the Analyst II sees the full operational picture. This end-to-end perspective allows them to anticipate downstream impacts, navigate dependencies, and deliver well-informed, holistic solutions.
Additionally, the Analyst II is a central resource for Succession and Continuity support and plays an essential role in onboarding and training new team members, particularly in the use of AI‑enhanced tools and processes.
We’ve embraced a flexible, hybrid approach to work. Based on your role and personal preference, we empower you to choose where you work best. This model allows you to balance your life and bring your whole self to work.
