Why We Need You:
We’re on a mission to provide exceptional services to children and adults across a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, and home visits. As a Speech Pathologist at Pen Plus, you’ll play a key role in delivering both individual and group-based interventions to address a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, initiative-taking Speech Pathologist who thrives in a team-based environment. You’ll be joining a fantastic team of  Speech Pathologists,  Occupational Therapists, Teachers of the Deaf, Psychologists, Allied Health Supports, and our dedicated Customer Service Team.

Our Graduate Program:
Our structured graduate program is designed to help you develop your skills in a focused, supportive environment. It includes:

- A comprehensive induction program
- A capped caseload with a gradual increase over the first six months
- Weekly scheduled supervision
- Weekly group mentoring sessions
- Interest-based skill development opportunities
